The GT1R M12 x 1.25 shank lug nuts are a 1 piece design, with a 1.150 diameter flange, for plenty of surface area on the wheel. The shank diameter is .687”, which is a standard size for this style wheel and they take a 21mm socket for installation. The shank length is .450”.
Priced individually at $13.50/lug nut
Unlike street wheels, drag wheels often have a shank style lug nut. The shank style nut takes some of the bending load off the stud by supporting the stud all the way in to the brake rotor. If you’ve never had the opportunity to witness the studs shearing off and a wheel falling off a car at the drag strip, hit up YouTube, it’s always entertaining!
Unfortunately all of the M12 x 1.25 shank lug nuts on the market do a pretty bad job at this. The problem is there’s no backing to support the washer, and the nut starts to dig into the washer and make it concave.

We chose to make these out of Titanium, for strength and weight savings over steel.
